at Storrs Pond
1.0 OverviewAs part of the New Scout Training Program, the troop offers a campout geared specifically to the needs of scouts working on Tenderfoot. This campout meets requirements 1, 2, and 3 for Tenderfoot, and will introduce new scouts to Troop 45 outing procedures. It also offers opportunities to work on other requirements for Tenderfoot and Second Class.
There are also a number of events planned for older scouts who are working on first class, second class and even some merit badges.
In addition to advancement, the outing will include some activities just for fun.
