On May 25 and 26, 2002 Troop 45 will visit Battleship Cove in Falls River, Massachusetts.
Battleship Cove is a historical exhibit consisting of several Navy ships from World War II including the Battleship Massachusetts and several other smaller ships. There are also several land based exhibits of interest. We will travel to Battleship Cove by chartered bus and spend the weekend touring the exhibits and participating in the programs offered on the ships. We will sleep overnight on one of the ships.
0800 25 May -- Meet at Old Hospital Parking Lot
1300 25 May -- Arrive at Battleship Cove
1300 25 May through 1300 26 May -- Tours and activities
1300 26 May -- Depart Battleship Cove
1700 26 May -- Return to Old Hospital Parking Lot
This will be a fun adventure without any major physical challenges.

$65.00 per person includes bus transportation, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch, admission to the museum and deluxe accommodations onboard ship.
Participants must print out and turn in this permission slip to sign up for the trip.
Scouts should bring a sleeping bag, personal hygiene materials and adequate clothes for the weather.
We will be in uniform at all times during this outing. Class A Uniform will be required for travel, meals and possibly flag ceremonies. Class B green T-shirt will be acceptable for other times. Look sharp!
