OLD BUSINESS o Parents Meeting: Yorke and Caroline have completed their action item to distribute more Parent Info Sheets. o Parents Night. All the actions with regard to Parents Night were completed and the meeting went off as planned, except for the double-booking issue. The meeting was held quite successfully at the campsite. o Noise in the Hallways. Nick and Yorke met with Sherry Colfer and Hank Tenney and all agreed that a move to the Gym would resolve this issue. That move has taken place. o Popcorn. Yorke asked Matt Slaughter to conduct the popcorn campaign, and Matt agreed to undertake it. **Action MJS: Conduct the popcorn campaign. o Summer Fundraising. George still has the action to coordinate the Shrine Game fundraiser. o Prouty Support. Tim has discussed with Jean Brown our role in supporting the Prouty. She suggests that we would be welcome to participate as a riding team and also to provide any casual support effort during the day. She doesn't need us for any major effort. NEW BUSINESS o Eagle Achievement Standards. We discussed at some length the philosophy of standards for Eagle projects. o Nick pointed out that any canoeing activities must be conducted following the rules of Safety Afloat and in particular that participants need to have passed the BSA Swimmer Test.
