Review of Minutes from Last Month

Minutes from April were approved as read.

Committee Reports

Standing Committees

Service Committee
  • No Report.

    AdHoc Committees

  • Rock Climbing. George. No report. The outing did not occur.
  • Music night. Erik. Will send out email to remind people to bring instruments.
  • Bike Hike. Matthias. SPL will work with Matthias to develop a plan.
  • Photography program. Devin. Thinking about it.
  • Science program. Matthias reports for Stefan that he wants relief. Fritz volunteered to assume responsibility for the program.
  • Campo preparation program. Clayton. The preparation program went well and the troop won second place at the camporee.

    Old Business

  • Bike Trip. No business under this item. SPL will work with chairman to develop a plan.
  • APPC. A motion was passed that we would conduct the APPC at the community center at 4 pm 3 Jun.
  • Service Committee. No business conducted under this item.
  • Spring Camporee. SPL will report at the troop meeting. This business is concluded.

    New Business

  • Muster Day. A motion passed that we would participate. The SM will post the plan.
  • Special Olympics. Fritz will recruit participants in the troop meeting.
  • Canoe Trip. A motion passed that we would conduct a major canoe trip 7-8 July. The trip will be to the Umbagog Lake area. Christopher will plan the outing.
  • TF Skills Camp. A motion passed that we will hold TF Skills Camp at Storrs Pond 23-24 June. Christopher will plan the event.
  • June Theme. A motion passed that the program theme for June will be canoeing.
