Review of Minutes from Last Month

Minutes from October were approved as read.

Committee Reports

Standing Committees

Service Committee
Scouting for food is 13 AND 20 Nov. Ari will organize it.
Server Committee
Paul T needs help getting time set up for an initial meeting.

AdHoc Committees

  • Rock Climbing. The outing was successful.
  • Canoe Trip. The outing was successful.
  • Survival Hike. Oli has a plan in place.
  • AT Hike (4-5 Dec). No report.
  • First Aid Month. All of November will be devoted to Mrs. Fitzmaurice's first aid program.

    None.

    New Business

  • A motion to reserver the first Wednesday of every month for server and service committee meetings passed.
  • A motion (Oli; Christian second) to hold a snow cave campout on 8-9 Jan passed. Oli will chair the planning committee.
  • A motion to hold a stargazing outing in January passed. Hidde will chair the planning committee.
  • A motion to have a civil leader to speak on rights and responsibilitys of Citizenship passed. The planning committee will ask Mr Lorden first, then Ms Black. Paul T. will chair the planning committee.
  • A motion to hold a party for Mr Hoge on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving passed unanimously.
