MINUTES -- December 2003

Attendees:

Review of minutes from last month:

          The minutes from the November meeting were approved as read.

Committee Reports

          Standing Committees:

                    Service Committee: Mr. Brown mentioned that Scouting for Food was executed successfully.
William Henderson-Frost is planning his Eagle Service Project for 7 December

                    Server Committee:

          AdHoc Committees:

Oli reported that the Winter Shakedown was successful. The planning committee was discharged.
Christian reported that the Moosilauke hike was successful. The planning committee was discharged.

Old Business:

The patrol leaders will call their patrol members to insure that the advancement program scheduled for 3 Dec will be successful.
Andrew will call Paul Crane to make sure the library is available.

New Business:

Christian will announce the Toys for Tots drive. Toys for Tots will be held at the Holiday Party on 17 Dec.
The Wolf Patrol will bring drinks and paper goods for the party.
The Beaver Patrol will bring snacks for the party.
Mr. Brown will request the scoutmasters to select a suitable movie for the Holiday party.

We will conduct an overnight outing to Orange Cove and Mt. Cardigan on 20-21 December. Christian will chair the planning committee.

We will conduct a ski trip to Okemo on Sunday, 11 January. Oli will chair the planning committee.
